the staff were very cute and helpful. they helped me plan my transit and was friendly. the location was perfect, i arrived by train from the airport and it was a block or two walk. once settled, i could walk everywhere with ease.
the room was small and not luxurious, i noticed very little space for clothing. the bed felt hard, it wasnt too comfortable. the breakfast room is generic, though there is a orange juice maker.

I found some issues . the bathroom was quite small. Moving around was a challenge. also, the soundproofing was not effective, i could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms often.

The hotel's location was acceptable. It was close to attractions.
My room felt quite dated. The decor seemed like a throwback. The soundproofing was also not great. I could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms, bothersome. I found this affected my stay significantly.

the location was really good. i found tram stops nearby. the staff provided really good service. they gave extra towels when i asked. i enjoyed reading on the second floor patio.
i could hear the butcher next door chopping meat early. it woke me up each day.
